Luminess Air Airbrush makeup Trial Price 19.99??? Try $100!!
Deceitful business practices really anger me. Luminess Air is ONE OF THEM!
So they spend A LOT on advertising and gimmicks for sales. They play up that airbrush make up is used on celebrities. You are only charged 19.99 for 30 days plus free gifts. THEN after you sign up and upgrade for a multi-speed compressor, you are charged 69.99 as a deposit a few days later PLUS $5 in taxes and fees IF you are in a NO SALES TAX STATE. That's $95 to TRY this CRAPPY product.
To make it more disgraceful, the invoice you receive doesn't show you the additional DEPOSIT. It states that in tiny print below the Invoice charges. If you call to cancel as you see that tiny print, they will say it already has a tracking number and you must wait to receive it, call them for a return authorization (RA#), clearly write the RA # on the box, and WAIT for them to credit you less other hidden costs.
The compressor is junk compared to their competitor, Dinair. The make up has silicone and many other health concerning ingredients.
AND because it's TRIAL, you will have difficulty disputing the charges with your credit card company unless you can say you didn't receive your item. That's another blog altogether.
SO SAVE YOUR MONEY! Save your health and your face!
Luminess Air was the WORST company I have encountered in quite some time!!!

QVC has AMAZING customer service!
I recently found QVC one evening when I was folding laundry. I, of course, knew it existed but never even thought I might find something of interest. Well, I did. My very first review was all about that first purchase. Over the last couple of months, I have purchased a few items. I have been very happy. I am not a fan of how long delivery takes, but other than that...it's a great discovery. Now onto this customer service experience..
I decided to try an epilator. I tried the torture device in the early 90's, the Epilady. I used it once and that was it. I saw a new fangled one and I couldn't wait. It took over a week for the tracking through UPS to show delivered. I ran outside and there was NO EPILATOR. I also ordered some self tanner and that was there but the second package wasn't. I was SO upset. I emailed QVC and within 24 hours they responded asking if I wanted another one or a refund. There was no fuss, no muss. I was amazed how quickly it was resolved. Unfortunately, they no longer had any more of the Emjoi epilators but my refund was processed within the week.
I HIGHLY recommend QVC for the fabulous easy pay options, great customer service, and the great items they carry. I will have to look elsewhere for this epilator and I will let you know if it's still a torture device or a fabulous find!

Mainstream Media Admits "The US Dollar's Domination Is Coming To An End"

The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), which helps manage the global banking system, tells us that US dollar settlement accounts for the vast majority of global trade.
And as Orwell suggests, many people take it for granted that just because the dollar is in the lead today, it will be that way forever.
They couldn’t be more wrong. There’s been a dominant reserve currency for thousands of years.
The Byzantine Empire’s gold solidus was the world standard for centuries; when they hit the reset button in the 11th century, it became the gold hyperpyron.
Eventually this was abandoned for Venetian ducats. Soon Spain’s silver pieces of eight became the dominant reserve standard to the point they were still legal tender in the United States until 1857.
By the 1860s, the British pound sterling was the world’s primary reserve currency, and over 60% of world trade was settled in pounds.
Reserve currencies come and go. So will the dollar. This is nothing new.
It’s bad enough that US debt is greater than any other nation’s in the history of the world. Or that the dollar is being rapidly debased by a tiny banking elite.
But what’s really driving the nail in the dollar coffin is the US government’s continued appalling arrogance, particularly in bullying around foreign banks.
Just one tiny example is the US government’s $10 billion threat against French bank BNP Paribas, which may even include criminal charges.
BNP’s bank in Geneva stands accused of financing deals with Iran. Never mind that it’s perfectly legal for a bank in Switzerland to do business with Iran. Iran, after all, is one of Switzerland’s largest trading partners in the Middle East.
The issue is that BNP violated a 2012 -executive order- from Barack Obama (#13622) that requires non-US companies to enforce US sanctions.
The arrogance is really overwhelming. This isn’t even an actual law. It’s just an executive order– a royal decree from King POTUS, first of his name.
And even if it were an actual law, on what possible grounds could the US government claim jurisdiction to regulate foreign banks? None. But this doesn’t stop them from doing so.
FATCA is another great example– a seismically destructive law passed in 2010 that mandates all sorts of US compliance requirements on foreign banks.
The only reason the US is able to get away with this is because the dollar (and hence the US banking system) is so important to their global business.
Their patience has run out, and things are starting to change.
The Chinese government has been rapidly loosening controls over the renminbi to increase its reserve status and compete with the dollar. And the rest of the world has quickly adapted to the opportunity.
The proof is clear. According to SWIFT, China’s renminbi is now the second most used currency in the world for global trade settlement, putting it ahead of even the euro.
In London, renminbi trade last year surged 50% to $25.3 billion per day. And there’s every indication that this growth will continue.
Singapore’s central bank is now offering overnight renminbi liquidity. Russian companies are preparing to pay for trade in renminbi. Even the World Bank’s IFC just issued its first renminbi-denominated bond.
It’s happening. And based on the data, it’s completely obvious… to just about everyone but the US government.
I was surprised to see an article in the Financial Times’ banking intelligence subsidiary (‘The Banker’) entitled “The US’s dollar domination is coming to an end.”
Shocking. This reality has become obvious to just about everyone… except for the US government.
And seeing it reminded me of another great Orwell quote– “[W]e have now sunk to a depth at which restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men.”
Orwell was right. Fortunately, intelligent people can choose to embrace this obvious reality and benefit from it… rather than ignore reality and be devastated by it.

Wise words indeed as they aptly describe misguided confidence in the US dollar.“Whoever is winning at the moment will always seem to be invincible.”

So Ho Mish Review
I have been looking for a really moisturizing addition to my daily routine for my face. I decided to try So Ho Mish for it's very chemical free ingredient list.
Ingredients
Lanolin, Distilled Water, Dutchman's Gold Raw Honey, Bee Pollen, Bee Propolis, Virgin Olive Oil, Balsam Tincture, Royal Jelly, and St.John's Wort Tincture.
I was also impressed with what it was supposed to help with:
- Anti-Aging Cream
- Treat Acne Scars and Wrinkles
- Treat Your Dry Skin
- Treat Rosacea & Acne
- 100% Natural
Sounds good right? I purchased a container for 39.99 on amazon because I LOVE my Prime Membership where I get 2 day free shipping on my items. I couldn't wait to give this a try. I had already tried Tatcha, see previous reviews, and my face was looking wrinkle free.
It arrived 2 days later. The jar was large, 250ML was jam packed in there. It smelled OK. Although my pets did not want to be near me after I put it on..LOL. It felt creamy and absorbed well into my skin. What I didn't like was the waxy feeling my face had after I had it on for awhile. It didn't seem to keep my face as moisturized as I needed. Additionally, I started to see some of my wrinkles return.
THAT WAS ENOUGH...a reversal of the FABULOUS TATCHA BENEFITS. NO WAY.
Back it went! So Ho Mish?? SO NO!!

Get RID of Gray Hair Naturally!!
I would not have believed it if I hadn't tried it myself. BUT YOU CAN rid yourself of gray hairs by adding a few supplements to your diet!! It's pretty amazing, I have to say. I've had coworkers say, "No way!" Until I pull out a hair that is 1/2 brown towards the root and gray at the tip as it grows back to brown. So how did I do it??
I read about how hydrogen peroxide is responsible for the graying process. As your body ages, it produces less of an enzyme, catalase, which breaks down hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. The result is graying hair. You can rub this catalase onto your head by using raw onion juice. While this makes sense, I have not tried it because I prefer not to walk around smelling like an onion. There are other supplements that help the body to produce more catalase, thus reversing grays.
I purchased barley grass & colloidal minerals. Wheat grass is also good and you can skip the minerals and purchase liquid chlorophyll as it's usually the copper that is needed to replenish the body. I plop a teaspoon of barley grass under my tongue a couple times a day. Barley grass is an amazing supplement. It is a superfood and provides so much more to your body than merely perfecting your locks color. As a matter of fact this article explains the benefits to get you started.
I watched most of my gray hair return to it's former color. I still have a few at my temples and I believe those might even disappear too with continued intake. There is another technique you may try that is used in the EAST. It's Nail rubbing. You rub your nails back and forth very briskly for 10 to 15 minutes. The idea is to create friction at the tips of your fingers to excite the meridians which end in your fingertips. After you are finished, you will feel vibrations in your fingers and maybe even some tingling in your scalp.
So before you grab a bottle of chemical filled hair dye...try to help your body and you might be pleasantly surprised.

Tatcha Update
TATCHA UPDATE
Deep Hydration Firming Serum
Ok, I know I was going to wait a couple of weeks but I couldn't resist updating about the AMAZING results I am having with this product!!
Hopefully, you have read my initial post from a couple days ago explaining the concept and my reasons for purchasing Tatcha Firming Serum. If not, check it out.
I started using Tatcha Deep Hydration Firming Serum on Saturday when it arrived in the mail. I saw an immediate difference in the lines on my face...specifically between my eyebrows and on my forehead. I have now been using it twice a day for 2 days and I can BARELY SEE any lines on my forehead. My laugh lines are gone. My pores are smaller and less visible. My skin feels amazing. I can't WAIT to see what happens over the next week and a half.
I also ordered the Cleanser and Rice Powder combo on QVC. It should arrive tomorrow. I don't know how I'm going to work the new products around my beloved Purity Clean but I'm thinking Purity Clean at night and then the Tatcha Cleanser after as a cleanser/moisturizer. I will let you know.
As of right now I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. If you are now intrigued, QVC has an easy pay on the Firming Serum so you can try it without a huge cost. It's funny I have NEVER ordered anything off QVC before being sucked into the Tatcha 'infomercial'. I am SO glad I channel surfed on that day!
I may be 40 but 25...here I come! ...LOL I can dream right!

TATCHA Ancient Beauty Secrets of the Geisha?? Let's See if they work...
TATCHA
Deep Hydration Firming Serum
So I was watching QVC of all things and I saw a spoof on TATCHA. The woman sold everything she owned to get a hold of a manuscript that recorded the beauty secrets of the Geisha. There are some ingredients in it that are special to Okinawa...algae of all things. They demonstrated how it just sucks up water going from dried out to plump in just a few seconds.
SO, Old Manuscript, Geisha Secrets, plumping Algae.....of course I was in! As I just hit 40....I need to start looking at products to PRESERVE my youthful face. I fight to stay in shape and I'll be gosh darned if I'm going to just accept wrinkles, age spots, and gray hair.
It arrived in glamorous packaging. I tried it quickly on the back of my hand and I did notice the wrinkles lessened in appearance right away. So I washed my face and gave it a try. I loved the texture as it's smooth and silky. The smell is nice and fades very quickly. I can honestly say that just after one application, I noticed less wrinkles, softer skin, and a more youthful glow. SO, this product is staying in my arsenal at lease for now.
I will add another blog after I have used it for a few more weeks and let you know if it will become a permanent addition.
